Zoom - Web Conferencing and More
UIW faculty, staff, and students are licensed to use Zoom to host or attend online conferences, classes, and webinars. In addition, Zoom can also be used as a lecture-capture tool.
Zoom Browser App can be accessed through Cardinal Apps for general use.
You can also download Zoom for your desktop or laptop.
A Zoom App for Android and IOS devices is also available from your device's app store.
Faculty and staff: Up to 300 participants/Session length up to 24 hours
Students: Up to 100 participants/Session length up to 40 minutes.
Sessions may be recorded to a local device or to the Zoom cloud. Due to online storage limits, cloud recordings must be retrieved from the cloud within 30 days after the recording date before they are auto-deleted.

Zoom recordings in the Cloud can only be stored for 30 days before auto-deletion takes place. It's suggested that if a recording needs to be kept for a longer period of time to record it on your computer. If that's not possible then download the files from your online Zoom account and save them in OneDrive.
