The Facilities Event Management team serves the mission through the exceptional support and facilitation of event requirements. By providing an ever increasing level of service and hospitality combined with our unique facility, it is our goal to showcase the University and the many possibilities it represents. Through an emphasis on leadership and faith, we are dedicated to set high standards in a positive working environment.
Facilities Event Management provides equipment delivery, setup for campus spaces and event planning assistance. We work with you to provide the appropriate venue and support services. Event planning is a team effort between the Special Events, your department, and all of our service groups.
The office of Facilities Event Management is located in the McCombs garage, room 102.
