Undergraduate New Student Mandatory Training

Welcome to the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW). UIW takes seriously its responsibility to educate students on the prevention of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and alcohol/drug use. Therefore, you are required to complete online training to address those issues. Failure to complete this training will result in a registration hold being placed on your student account.

You must complete 3 modules and the policy acknowledgment form to meet this learning requirement (see below).

  • Sexual Violence Prevention for Undergraduate Students (Full)
  • Alcohol and Other Drugs
  • Policy Acknowledgement
  • Marijuana: What You Should Know

To begin,

  1. login to Cardinal Apps.
  2. Click on the Vector Solutions Student App.
  3. Go to the “My Assignments” page.
  4. Complete the Trainings.
  5. Once completed the assigned trainings will show a green check and will allow you to download a certificate.

You DO NOT need to send the certificate to the Title IX Office.
