The University of the Incarnate Word Richard and Janet Cervera Wellness Center and the Ann Barshop Natatorium may close for any of the following:
- Special Events held on campus that could restrict parking and/or facilities available to members.
- Any scheduled or non-scheduled maintenance
- In the event of inclement weather

- Intramural event
- Club Sports event
- Maintenance
