Swim Levels
Level 1: Beginner Swimmers
- This program will be for kids who would like to learn how to swim and develop specific skills.
- Through games, and drills to teach them to be comfortable in the water.
- One-on-one interaction to help them feel at ease in the water
- Develop a fun environment where they like to play comfortably in the water
Level 2: Bronze Level Swimmers
- Develop the next level of skills in order to become more comfortable in the water
- Water entry and exit
- Development of specific skills and knowledge to perform swimming techniques specifically freestyle and backstroke
- Improve coordination and adaptation of techniques
- Develop fitness abilities
- Adoption of techniques specifically for free and back
- Buoyancy and agility in water
- Introduction of breaststroke and butterfly
Level 3: Silver Level Swimmers
- This program is for swimmers that are considering taking swimming to the next level.
- Water entry and exit
- Tread water
- Development of butterfly and breaststroke
- Streamline position
- Develop competitiveness
Level 4: Specific Swim Skills
- This program will be for swimmers that are already at a competitive level that would like to work with NCAA division 1 athletes to improve their swim skills.
- This will be a stroke technique specific program which will include:
- Head positions
- Body positions
- Stroke transitions
- Kick efficiency
- Hand position
