What is the Lecture Capture Form?

This form is exclusively for instructors and administrators at Health Profession Schools that use EchoVideo for classroom recordings. Upon submission, the results are sent to the Help Desk for assignment to the site's scheduler. Within 3 business days of receiving the information, they will schedule automated classroom captures for the upcoming semester.

Connect your Canvas course

Before submitting the form, instructors must connect the Canvas course to EchoVideo for each course. To do this:

1. Navigate to the Canvas course and select the link labeled "EchoVideo".
   
   • If EchoVideo is not visible, navigate to Settings > Navigation. Move EchoVideo from the bottom section to the top, then select Save.
