All students and faculty are welcome to praise God through their instrumental and vocal talents. See below for a listing of our music ministries.

Laudate Choir:

The Laudate Choir sings for the 11 a.m. Mass in Our Lady’s Chapel. Rehearsals take place Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.

Vocalists and instrumentalists are welcome.

Cantor Ministry:

Cantors are special ministers of sung prayer that serve at both Sunday Mass and are usually members of the choir. As available, they may also serve at special Masses throughout the liturgical year. Extra rehearsal time is required for those who serve in the cantor ministry. To schedule an interview, contact the Music Ministry Office.

Instrumentalists:

Instrumentalists are welcome at Mass, as well as for special liturgies throughout the school year. Experience with your instrument is required. To schedule an interview, contact the Music Ministry Office.

Sometime Singers and Players:

Faculty, staff, administration, and students who cannot be involved in the music ministry every week can serve on an occasional basis at liturgical prayer and other special services throughout the year. To participate (or indicate your interest in being notified of future events) members make a commitment to an event invitation by completing the form link given for the specific event.

Spring Baccalaureate Masses (May 10, 2024)

• First Baccalaureate Mass | 2 p.m.
• Second Baccalaureate Mass | 6:30 p.m.

To RSVP to sing/play for Baccalaureate Mass or to have your name placed on the SS/P e-mail list for future events, please respond with your RSVP via this link by Monday, April 29. Participants are asked to attend "more rehearsals than not" for the liturgies at which they wish to participate. All rehearsals are from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Chapel of the Incarnate Word.
