The Office of Strategic Initiatives and Process Improvement (SIPI) advances the University's mission by managing and enabling continuous digital transformation across UIW. In alignment with the University's values and strategic priorities, the SIPI team will deliver exceptional customer service to facilitate successful implementation and improvement activities to support the modernization of the UIW user experience.
Our Enterprise Services include:
Process Improvement: Engage with any UIW office edge-to-edge to enhance business operations through system-wide business analysis, continuous improvement and automation
Project Management: Commit capable project managers (PMs) to facilitate project planning, strategy implementation, and project execution to address large/complex cross-functional business needs.
Strategic Initiatives: Safeguard IT investments by maturing a framework to identify, prioritize, track, and communicate projects and initiatives that deliver added value to the UIW community.
