SIPI Service Request
Service Requests
A SIPI Service Request Form is a FreshService form that is used to request support from the IT Strategic Initiatives and Process Improvement (SIPI) Office and includes preliminary information on services needed. A SIPI Service Request requires assistance from one or more Information Technology departments.
After this form has been received and additional information has been gathered, the SIPI Office will collaborate with the requestor on next steps.
Requests can be any size and can require a range of technical needs or assistance. Service requests should be submitted for any request requiring work with Banner or any other IT systems or data.
