Project Requests
A Project Request Form is a FreshService form that is used to request support from the Digital Transformation & Innovation (DTI) Office and includes preliminary information on services needed. A Project Request requires assistance from one or more Information Technology departments.
After this form has been received and additional information has been gathered, the DTI Office will collaborate with the requestor on next steps.
Requests can be any size and can require a range of technical needs or assistance. Service requests should be submitted for any request requiring work with Banner or any other IT systems or data.
