Executive Board Meetings
Executive Board Meetings are held once a week to discuss the direction UIW SGA is headed in SEC 3060.
General/Senate Meetings
The SGA General/Senate Meetings include all the Senators and Executive Board members in addition to all club representatives and students. All students are welcome to attend these meetings. All updates from the Student Government are announced during these meetings on a monthly basis. Audience: All students welcomed and encouraged.
Open Forums
Meetings are held in the SEC Ballroom.- February 13th at 6pm

Senator Meeting
Meetings are held in the SGA Office, SEC 3060.- January 23th at 6pm
- February 20th at 6pm

Phantom Fiesta October 23rd
Halloween event featuring a DJ, free admission, photobooth, food, and more in the SEC Ballroom from 6-9pm.
Golden Harvest November 4th - December 6th
Every fall a campus-wide Food Drive, hosted by the Student Government Association, is kicked off in an effort to stock our UIW Cardinal Cupboard and help our community partners at the SA Food Bank.
Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony November 12th
Every year, in November, before the UIW Light the Way event, there is a student-led Tree Lighting Ceremony hosted by the Student Government Association and the Campus Activities Board. This is a Christmas celebration for the student community to kickoff the holiday season.
Cardinal Clean Up February 28th
Recyclemania is an ongoing initiative to increase awareness, action and the number of participating departments to reduce, reuse, recycle, and redesign towards a greener campus.
In addition every Spring, there is a week of city-wide recognition for universities coordinate events and programs regarding recycling and sustainability efforts. Join the cause and go green!
Limitless Unity March 31
A joyful and inclusive day celebrating individuals of all abilities, fostering connection, empowerment, and limitless possibilities. Place and time TBA.
Blood Drive April 15-16
Location - SEC Ballroom.
Election Season February 1st - March 31st
This spring series of events includes, Early Voting, and Election Day, for our incoming Student Body President and Vice-President.
