What is Adobe Creative Cloud?
Adobe Creative Cloud is a comprehensive suite of apps and online services for designing print and digital media, video editing, web development, photography, and more. It provides professional-grade tools that enable users to learn new skills and leverage advanced software across various fields, including graphic design, video production, and photography. With Adobe Creative Cloud, you can enhance your creative projects in areas such as graphic design, video editing, UX design, drawing, painting, and social media content creation.
Access Adobe Creative Cloud
Students can access Adobe Creative Cloud apps exclusively through vLab. Attempting to activate an Adobe app using your student email outside of vLab will not work. For instructions on how to access Adobe apps via vLab, please see below.
- Log in to vLab from Cardinal Apps
- Navigate to any Adobe app or service within vLab and enter your @student.uiwtx.edu email when prompted for an account.
- Login with your university credentials

- vLab supports two-way file transfer between your device and the virtual environment, allowing you to work on projects in the virtual computer lab and take them with you when you're done. To learn how to transfer files seamlessly between the virtual lab and your device, please refer to the two-way file transfer instructions in the Help Desk knowledge base.
