We are excited to provide the UIW Health and Wellness Hub, your WebMD employee wellness app!
The Health and Wellness Hub is a partnership between UIW and WebMD. It offers free, confidential, easy-to use programs helping you achieve your wellness goals.
Go to Cardinal Apps and login to the UIW Health and Wellness Hub to create a profile.
To get the most out of your hub, start by taking the health assessment. The health assessment is a free, confidential online questionnaire about your lifestyle habits, which takes about 15 minutes to complete.
The health assessment gives you a snapshot of where you are doing well and where you could make improvements. Remember, your personal health information is never shared with UIW.

If you can't find the icon for the UIW Health and Wellness Hub, search for any of the following in the search bar in Cardinal Apps.
- Type "Health" into the search bar
- Type "Wellness" into the search bar
- Type "Hub" into the search bar
Rewards Program
Complete your choice of wellness activities in the UIW Health and Wellness Hub and watch your points add up!
- 100 points = Prize level 100 and 1 ticket entry
- 200 points = Prize level 200 and 2 more ticket entries
- 300 points = Prize level 300 and 3 more ticket entries
- 400 points = Prize level 400 and 4 more ticket entries
Ticket entries will count toward the end of year prize drawings that occurs in August of each year.

Yes, WebMD respects your privacy and only shares your personal information as described in the privacy statement, which is available on the UIW Health and Wellness Hub portal under the Navigation Menu in the top right corner of your homepage, then select Policies. If you have questions or concerns about the privacy statement, please call WebMD Customer Service at (888) 366-3028.

When do employees receive their prizes?

Employees that meet reward requirements will be contacted to pick up their prize by a UIW Sports and Wellness representative. For questions please reach out to UIW Employee Wellness at empwellness@uiwtx.edu.
