Swim Levels

Level 1: Beginner Swimmers

  • This program will be for kids who would like to learn how to swim and develop specific skills.
  • Through games, and drills to teach them to be comfortable in the water.
  • One-on-one interaction to help them feel at ease in the water
  • Develop a fun environment where they like to play comfortably in the water

Level 2: Bronze Level Swimmers

  • Develop the next level of skills in order to become more comfortable in the water
  • Water entry and exit
  • Development of specific skills and knowledge to perform swimming techniques specifically freestyle and backstroke
  • Improve coordination and adaptation of techniques
  • Develop fitness abilities
  • Adoption of techniques specifically for free and back
  • Buoyancy and agility in water
  • Introduction of breaststroke and butterfly

Level 3: Silver Level Swimmers

  • This program is for swimmers that are considering taking swimming to the next level.
  • Water entry and exit
  • Tread water
  • Development of butterfly and breaststroke
  • Streamline position
  • Develop competitiveness

Level 4: Specific Swim Skills

  • This program will be for swimmers that are already at a competitive level that would like to work with NCAA division 1 athletes to improve their swim skills.
  • This will be a stroke technique specific program which will include:
  • Head positions
  • Body positions
  • Stroke transitions
  • Kick efficiency
  • Hand position
