The UIW Wellness Center is currently open for limited operations for UIW Students, Faculty and Staff only.

The Natatorium is open to NCAA Aquatics Teams only due to occupancy standards of COVID-19. While we hope to have UIW Students, Faculty, Staff and Natatorium Members back with us in the facility soon, we are limited by COVID-19 restrictions. We will continue to suspend memberships and will send a notification to all members prior to reopening for current members. The University of the Incarnate Word Sports and Wellness consists of the Richard and Janet Cervera Wellness Center, the Ann Barshop Natatorium and the Henrich Center for Fencing and International Sports as well as the intramural sport department and the club sport department. The purpose of the UIW Sports and Wellness is to enrich the lives of the UIW community through fitness, wellness and athletic participation and competition opportunities. UIW students and staff are eligible to compete in intramural sports, while club sports are generally reserved for UIW students. As part of the UIW Mission we extend membership opportunities to the local community
