Student Intervention Notice (Online)

The student intervention notice is used only when a student may be at risk in the class due to performance or attendance. Once the notice is submitted, a follow-up is conducted and all appropriate parties notified.

The TRiO academic counselors make no less than three (3) attempts to contact the student to determine the reasons for his/her academic issues and discuss alternatives that will assist in resolving the immediate problem.
