Meet the Director of New Student Programs
Jessica De La Rosa, Director of New Student Programs
Jessica De La Rosa was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and moved to San Antonio in 2003. She received her master’s degree at the University of the Incarnate Word in Organizational Development. She began her career with UIW at St. Anthony Catholic High School then transitioned to the Office of Admissions on Main Campus in 2017 where she served as the Director from 2019-2025. Jessica is a first-generation student and is grateful to her parents for instilling the importance of education and the sacrifices they made to ensure she received a private school education. She is excited to serve as the Director of New Student Programs as her goal is to assist students reach their educational goals and become successful, enlightened global citizens. Jessica also oversees the UIW Parent and Family Association and encourages families to join the PFA so they can stay connected with UIW.
