This is your space to connect live with a University Advising Center (UAC) Advisor. If you're an undergraduate student at the Broadway Campus, our advisors are ready to help answer your general questions and guide you to useful campus resources.

Drop-In Virtual Hours: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (Please note: The Virtual Counter is closed on New Student Orientation days.)

How to Join the UAC Virtual Counter:

Click the Link: Select the "Click Here to Join Virtual Counter" button below.
Enter the Lobby: You'll be automatically placed in our virtual lobby and join a queue.
Stay Connected: For privacy, we admit students one at a time. Please keep the window open and remain in the waiting room to hold your spot. Closing the window may disconnect you.
Meet Your Advisor: An advisor will bring you into the main virtual room as soon as they are available.

UAC Office Hours

Monday - Friday | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The first Friday of every month, the UAC will close from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. for professional development.
