UAC Virtual Counter

The UAC Virtual Counter is where students can speak with an advisor. UAC Advisors are available to assist undergraduate, Broadway Campus students with general questions and campus resources.

Please note: be sure to have your webcam and microphone turned on.

The UAC Virtual Counter is open on Thursdays, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

How to Join the UAC Virtual Counter:

Select the "Click Here to Join Virtual Counter" link below
Once in the meeting, you will be directed to our "lobby" and placed in queue.
For privacy purposes, students are admitted into the main room one at a time.
(Please do not close the window or leave waiting room as this may cause you to be disconnected and lose your place in line.)
As soon as an advisor is available, you will be brought into the main room for assistance.

UAC Office Hours

Monday - Friday | 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The first Friday of every month, the UAC will close from 2 - 5 p.m. for professional development.
