Our Mission

The University of the Incarnate Word Business Office is dedicated to serving our community in accordance with the University's mission, through a spirit of Christian service. We strive to meet the needs of every student with prompt and friendly service. It is our duty to implement the rules and regulations set forth by the Undergraduate and Graduate Bulletins as well as other University academic program guidelines.

The UIW Business Office is located in the Columkille Administration Building, Room-190.

Important Information

- Student Bill
  - Due to a technical billing issue, some bills may reflect tuition on two separate line items. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Business Office at (210) 829-6043 or busad@uiwtx.edu.
  - Summer and Fall 2025 student bills are available to view on your UIW ePayment Center.
  - Tuition is due in full on or by the first day of class each semester.
  - Payment plan options are available through your UIW ePayment Center.

- Student Refunds
  - The Business Office will begin processing student refunds after the 100% registration deadline each semester.
  - To enroll in direct deposit visit B9 My Profile found on your Cardinal Apps portal.
