Supporting our 1100 students is the primary goal of our department. Our 45 Resident Assistants and 5 live-in staff members are here to ensure that our residents are experiencing an academically focused and engaging environment. We want all our students and their families to rest comfortably knowing that any issue brought to our attention will be promptly investigated and resolved: from a broken light, to difficult conversations. Our Climate of Care was created and implemented to graduate the future generation of innovative practitioners. Our doors are always open for our students and we look forward every December and May as we see our Cardinal residents cross the stage.
