Asserta Health will help you navigate complex procedures, such as, major diagnostic exam (MRI, CT, etc.) or surgery that can be planned in advance. Your costs will be waived and you can receive an incentive of up to $500 for working with Asserta Health. All members of the UIW medical plans are eligible to use this FREE service with no obligation.
