A great Cardio workout, while improving core, lower body and arm strength with Alexis. All levels encouraged to come! One hour workout. Located on the Wellness Center Basketball Court.
Come kick-start your 2021 health and wellness with Sports and Wellness! Sessions run by the Director of Sports and Wellness, Scott LeBlanc and the UIW Club Sport Coaches. Open to all current UIW Student's, Faculty and Staff.
Get a full body workout in our rowing class with Collin, registration required. 45 minute class. Occurs on the Wellness Center Basketball Court
