Lunchtime Yoga Lab | The Breakdown Open
Grow confidence in your yoga practice as you build strength, flexibility and awareness in your mind, body and soul. This class breaks down postures and patterns of movement, supporting spatial awareness and development of muscle memory through alignment centered practice. This is a 45 minute class taught by Yoga Therapist Angie V.

Join Yoga Therapist Angie V. for a 45 minute inclusive yoga class focusing on yoga basics, adaptations, mindfulness and meditation. In this all-levels class you can slow down, sink in and sooth your system, welcoming tools for stress management and anxiety reduction.
