The University of the Incarnate Word uses the Maxient reporting form to receive all reports detailing violations of the Sexual Misconduct Policy. For questions regarding the reporting form, please call the Title IX Office at (210) 283-6449.

The U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights (OCR) is the division of the federal government charged with enforcing compliance with Title IX. Information regarding OCR can be found at their website.
