The J.E. & L.E. Mabee Library is pleased to provide spaces for UIW employee sponsored events that promote the UIW Mission. When reserving spaces in the Mabee Library, all arrangements become the responsibility of the person making the space request.
Library staff verify and confirm reservations. As part of the shared responsibility for these spaces, event requestors are asked to ensure that the spaces are cleaned and reset at the end of the event . The Mabee Library does not have staff that can set-up or return spaces to their original configuration.
There are several meeting spaces in the Mabee Library that are available for use by UIW employees. These rooms must be reserved at least three days in advance of the event, and in some cases longer, through the 25Live scheduling system. See Event Reservations for more information. Please note that personal events are not hosted in these spaces. As these spaces can be high demand, please be cognizant of the facility, staff, and other events that are scheduled before and after your event.
Please notify the appropriate contact person if any changes in a reservation are needed after a reservation has been confirmed
