Green Living LLC

Residence Life and Housing Operations is excited to announce a collaborative effort with the Sustainability Studies concentration and Sustainability Advisory board - Green Living LLC! The Green Living LLC is a first-year living and learning community focused on sustainability topics such as recycling, community gardening, carbon foot prints, and more!

This living and learning community is open to all first year students and maintains three levels of participation:

  1. Reside in Dubuis Hall in the Green Living Community
  2. Reside on campus in a different building, but participate in activities
  3. Reside off campus, but participate in activities

Students participating in this program can expect to participate in monthly cooking/baking nights with sustainable products (some coming from UIW's Community Garden), visits so local community gardens and butterfly sanctuaries, community service projects, and more!
