A support structure is ready to assist instructors or staff with A/V issues while using classroom equipment, with or without the class being in session. The instructor or facilitator can use the contact information below to submit a ticket and a technician will attend to their needs. In some cases, the technician may be able to address the issue over the phone or remotely. If that cannot be done, a technician will be sent to the classroom or space to promptly resolve the issue.

The Media Services team strives to make all technologically enhanced spaces as user-friendly as possible. Among the services provided are classroom and meeting space training. This can ensure that every facilitator can become familiar with the room's A/V equipment and can comfortably conduct sessions in those spaces.

Enhance your meeting or event with convenient and professional equipment. We provide audiovisual equipment checkout and consultation services for academic coursework and university community events. In some instances, we can offer support for events. Please, book equipment as early as possible to ensure availability.

Equipment available for your use includes:

To check out equipment from the A/V team for an event, you'll need to first reserve the space or create an event in 25Live.

• If you aren't familiar with the 25Live reservation system, first, learn all about reservations and event policies on the UIW website and return to the reservation link below.
• If you are familiar with the 25Live reservation system, you can create an event or reserve your space here!
  • To reserve A/V equipment, when on the information page within the 'Resources' section, you can select 'UIW A/V Resources' from the drop-down menu and enter the equipment needed for your event or space.

Whether you're planning for a larger-than-normal gathering, a special community event, a virtual or hybrid event, or simply need consultation on how a space can be recorded... the Media Services team can help. Most classrooms and meeting spaces across UIW campuses have the capabilities to record the space they reside in. Depending on the area, these logistics can change. If your inquiry is about a special event, the team can provide a consultation and connect you with the right contacts to record your event.
