How to Submit Transcripts

Current Cardinals can submit official transcripts, letters of non-attendance and test scores to the Office of the Registrar's via mail, email, or third-party electronic service. Please see below for instructions on how to submit documents.

What are Official Transcripts?

Transcripts are considered official only if they are sent directly to the university by the sending institution, whether by mail, email, or third-party electronic service. Transcripts must have a print date within the last 12 months to be considered official. Faxes, screenshots, or pictures of transcripts will not be accepted or acknowledged. Forwarded or attached documents from students are not official.

For admission purposes, unofficial copies of transcripts can be used for review. However, official transcripts are required if you are accepted and enroll in courses. Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions must be received or a hold will be placed on your account, preventing any further registration until the document has been received.
