The New Self-Service Student Profile offers a modern digital experience with a user friendly and redesigned user interface. It has the capability to provide relevant information in an easy-to-navigate manner with both mobile and standard web enhancements. UIW Students will now see a menu with easier navigation and an improved concise student profile with additional links, which includes student account and financial aid information, all on one page; the most commonly used resources located all in one spot, which makes it easier and more efficient for students:

Frequently Asked Questions

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Office of the Registrar is committed to continuing to serve students and the UIW community in the most effective way possible. At this time, in order to continue to stem the spread of the virus, the Office of the Registrar urges all in the UIW community to contact the office virtually, whenever possible. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., staff are available to assist you by phone, e-mail, and as necessary, in person.

All Registrar forms are available online and should continue to be be submitted by e-mail .

*** NOTE ON TRANSCRIPTS: As of March 2020, same-day in-person service is no longer available.  Online transcript request services are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week, with same-day electronic delivery on weekdays.  All transcript orders MUST BE submitted online. ***
